Open a form's entries
In the Umbraco MegaForm section, open Submissions and select a form, or use Entries from that form. Confirm the selected form and source before reading the totals.
Use search, field scope, status, date range and filter chips to narrow the view. Save useful combinations as presets. For external sources, check whether a filter applies to the current page or the server query; do not infer an all-record count from visible rows alone.
Manage the table
Manage Columns lets you add, remove and reorder visible response/data columns. The table and available-column list should update together. Drag a column boundary to resize it; widths save automatically in the current browser. A different browser/profile has its own saved layout.
Open an entry for full values and attachments. Export or reports should use the intended form and permitted data scope.
Add an administrative entry
Select one form, then use Add new entry. Complete the rendered form and save it. Check that the new row, totals and any configured integrations update as expected.
The action requires the relevant permission. A read-only external source cannot accept entries until it has a supported write binding. Administrative entry creation is still a real submission: review workflows and notifications before entering test data.
