Configure a scored form
Enable Quiz mode in the form's settings. Use Add quiz question to select an eligible field, configure the correct answer and assign points. Multi-select questions must match exactly the configured answer set; single-choice and text questions can match any configured accepted answer.
Choose Show score after submission, Show question feedback and Reveal correct answers as needed. Set Passing points; leaving it blank uses 50% of the available points. Configure result bands/grades if you want named score ranges.
Build a small verification quiz
Create three questions worth 1, 2 and 3 points. Submit one fully correct attempt, one fully incorrect attempt and a mixed attempt. Check the displayed score and the stored result against the expected total of six available points.
Test unanswered optional questions, required questions and multi-select answers. Reordering fields must keep the answer key attached to the question's stable field key.
Publish and review
Publish the form and embed it through the normal Form Picker. Check the result in Submissions.
Correct answers and trusted scoring rules belong on the server. Do not reveal answer keys in public help text or custom markup when the quiz is intended as an assessment. Use ordinary conditional logic for a survey with branching; enable quiz mode when answers should be scored.
